HR interview more often, is not a selection process, but a short listing process, where few of the selected candidates from previous rounds are weeded out. So more than concentrating on getting selected, one should be focused on NOT getting rejected. First few minutes are very important and so does the first few questions. What motivates you to do good job?
My present success is make me motivated why because if I concentrate on my present work through hard work instead of working for goal then automatically I can easily complete my goal through smartness why because if you do hard work today definitely you became smart worker through your struggle so that make motivate me.
How long would you expect to work for us if hired?
To work for this company is one of my biggest dream. I know the words I used may give a kiddy texture. I would be getting more and more of industry experience and its probably from your company. I am not leaving your company any earlier. My stay here depends upon my hard work, my commitment level, dedication and consistency. On the other hand, the company has to play some important role to retain its staff. Like continuous professional development, acknowledging the hard work of employees and hr policies should be strong enough to attract new talent and to retain the existing.
How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?
Success. Whatever you think to accomplish and you achieve it is a success.
Success is not one thing or many things. It also does not mean, in Success, a person should be highly influential or capable or rich or Superman. Success requires a courage, an interest and an intensity in a person who wants to achieve that desired and defined the goal.
Are not you overqualified for this position?
I think over qualified means in both practical as well as rhetorical knowledge. I can agree of you tell on the basis of theoretical knowledge but in practical I know I am under qualified. So I have to improve my self and thus I think I am just qualified candidate for this job.www.iibmindia.in
